Chris Chirnside has been involved in the catering industry for over twenty years and in his previous partnership arts & media catering he catered for some major events in Scotland.
The one that usually springs to mind is the Braveheart Premier at Stirling Castle, where 1800 guests including Mel Gibson, Catherine Zeta-Jones and many more were fed a mediaeval banquet and large platters of finger food circulated around the entire Castle by 68 staff adorned in Mediaeval Costumes.
Just five years later 20th Century fox asked him and his partner to do the same in Edinburgh at Prestonfield House Hotel for the Entrapment Premier with Malaysian Food this time being served to 1200 Guests including Sean Connery and Catherine Zeta Jones once again.
Chirnsides Catering is no different and the same principles of excellence exist. We take every opportunity to demonstrate our flair and flexibility. Through professional creativity, we allow our clients to impress and entertain their guests.
We will provide this service in any venue of your choice - from your work place to the Edinburgh Dungeon, from a Theatre to a Cottage or Castle.
We provide dinners, lunches, mobile bars, artists riders and back stage meals, conference catering, Contract Catering, buffets, banquets and board room lunches for any number of guests from 10 upwards.
